Hundreds dead in mudslide and flooding triggered by heavy rains in Freetown , Sierra Leone

On August 14th 2017, mudslide struck the village of Regent in the outskirts of Freetown, the capital city of Sierra Leone. Over 400 people confirmed dead with more than 600 still missing most of whom were buried alive in their sleep during the mudslide.
